Holidays Wreaths for Civic Buildings

Each November, Ledyard Garden Club holds an annual workshop to make Holiday Wreaths for various public buildings in Ledyard and Gales Ferry, which are distributed for the holiday season. The 13 wreaths that adorn the Nathan Lester House, fire stations, town hall, libraries, police station, community centers, and senior center in Ledyard and Gales Ferry are created by Club Members using “greens and berries” collected from members’ gardens (gathered hopefully before the snowflakes fly).
